浮选法从某尾矿中回收硫的试验研究

摘要: 为了对某选矿尾矿进行回收利用,在矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础之上,通过浮选系列试验研究,确定了浮选回收硫的最佳工艺流程及工艺指标。采用一次粗选、一次扫选、扫选中矿再精选的试验流程,粗选丁基黄药用量为300 g/t,MIBC 60 g/t,CaO调浆至pH值为8.5;扫选丁基黄药150 g/t,MIBC 30 g/t;精选不加药的条件下,得到硫品位35.95%,回收率65.12%的硫精矿及硫品位20.86%,回收率9.64%的硫中矿。

Abstract: To make a recycling of a beneficiation tailing,an optimal process and process indexes for recovering sulfur were determined based on the process mineralogical study and a series of flotation tests.The test flowsheet consisting of one roughing,one scavenging and a re-concentration of scavenging middlings adopted 300g/t butyl xanthate,60 g/t MIBC and CaO to adjust the pH value to 8.5 in the roughing,and 150 g/t butyl xanthate and 30 g/t MIBC in the scavenging,with no reagent added to the cleaning.As a result,a sulfur concentrate grading 35.95% at a recovery of 65.12% and a sulfur middling grading 20.86% at a recovery of 9.64% were obtained.
