摘要: 针对老矿井改造提升机安装中出现的问题,根据对影响矿井提升系统5大因素之一的提升绳偏角的研究,结合莱钢集团莱芜矿业有限公司谷家台铁矿提升机安装的特殊状况,确定提升机安装过程中提升绳偏角过大的有效解决途径和具体施工方法,完全满足了提升机的安装使用要求。

Abstract: Due to some hoister installation problems in old mine  transformation, based on research of the deflection angle of hoisting rope which is one of five main factors on the mine hoisting system, and in combination with the specific conditions of hoister installation in Gujiatai Iron Ore of Laiwu Mining Co., Ltd.of Laiwu Steel Group, some measures are determined to solve the overlarge deflection angle of hoisting rope in hoister installation, which can fully meet the requirements of hoister installation.
