沸石颗粒吸附剂的制备及性能研究

摘要: 以天然丝光沸石为原料,按一定比例将煤粉及膨润土混入其中,挤压造粒、干燥、高温煅烧,制得沸石颗粒吸附剂,并用于吸附阳离子艳红溶液。测试了样品的性能,讨论了煅烧温度、吸附时间对其吸附性能的影响。试验表明:沸石、煤粉、膨润土的比例为20∶3∶3,煅烧温度为650 ℃时,颗粒吸附剂具有较低的散失率和良好的吸附性能。样品的重复使用性能好。

Abstract: As raw materials, the natural zeolite was mixed with powder coal and bentonite.And then the mixture was produced into zeolite granular adsorbent by shaping, low-temperature drying and high temperature calcination, which was used to absorb Cationic brilliant red solution.The property of the sample was measured, and the effect of calcination temperature, absorbing time on adsorption reaction was discussed.The experiments indicated that the granular absorbent is possessed of low loss ratio and fine absorption ability for Cationic brilliant red with the mass proportion of the zeolite, bentonite and powder coal of 20∶3∶3 after calcinations at 650 ℃.The sample can be well repeatedly applied.
