某铜矿尾矿氨浸影响因素试验研究

摘要: 以某铜矿尾矿为研究对象,采用活化剂强化氨浸的一般碱法浸出技术来确定尾矿浸出影响因素及其影响水平。试验结果表明,铜浸出率与氨浓度、浸出周期、温度、液固比、活化剂等因素有关。本次试验所得最佳浸出条件:氨浓度在100 g/L左右,温度40 ℃,活化剂用量35 g/L,浸出周期1.5 h,液固比为3∶1。浸出率最高为29.80%,活化剂NH3-NH4HF2体系的应用使得铜浸出率提高2%左右。

Abstract: This paper takes some tailings of copper mine as the object of study and uses the general alkaline process leaching (ammonia to soak) technology to launch the experiment for the purpose of determining the impact of the tailings leaching factors and levels.The test result indicated that copper leaching rate related to the ammonia density, leaching cycle, temperature, liquid solid proposition, activator and so on.The conditions of this experimental obtained best leaching: The density between 100 g/L, the temperature in 40 ℃,the amount of activator used 35 g/L, leaching cycle 1.5 h, the liquid solid ratio is 3∶1.The highest leaching rate is 29.8%, the activator NH3-NH4HF2 system causes the copper leaching rate to enhance about 2%.
