摘要: 加快对细粒湿尾矿综合利用的研究与实践,最大限度地回收资源,减少细粒级尾矿的排放量,延长尾矿库服务的年限,是上海梅山矿业公司可持续发展的关键所在,不仅对公司自身的生存与发展有重要的现实意义,而且对国内矿山行业尾矿的综合利用有良好的借鉴意义。通过对梅山矿业公司选矿厂现有生产的总尾矿的试验研究,表明在相同背景场强下,水平磁系高梯度磁选机的回收率较垂直磁系高梯度磁选机高;高梯度磁选工艺在适宜的操作条件下,可以实现梅山选矿厂尾矿的减量排放和现有尾矿库的尾矿再利用。

Abstract: It is of significance for the sustainable development in Meishan Mining Corporation to speed up research and practice on the utilization of fine-grained tailings wetland, to maximize recovery of resources and reduce the fine-grained tailings emissions, and to extend the service life of tailings pond.This not only has a practical significance for the survival and development of Meishan Mining Corporation, but also has a good reference for the domestic mining industry on the comprehensive utilization of tailings.The study on the current total tailings from the dressing plant of Meishan Mining Corporation showed that under the same magnetic fields, the recovery rate by high gradient magnetic separator with horizontal magnetic fields is higher than that of vertical one.Clearly, under an appropriate operating condition, the tailing emissions reduction for Meishan dressing plant and the recycle of the existing tailings can be realized.
