水厂铁矿岩体可爆性分级方法与应用

摘要: 采用岩石密度、抗拉强度和抗剪强度及岩体完整性系数作为评价岩体可爆性的判据指标,应用聚类分析方法,对水厂铁矿的主要岩种进行了可爆性分级,对应可爆性分级结果确定了水厂铁矿台阶炮孔爆破的主要技术参数。现场试验应用的结果表明,此种分级方法对合理选取爆破参数,控制爆破破碎质量,具有重要意义。

Abstract: Such parameters as specific density, tensile strength, shearing strength of rock specimen, together with the integrity index of rock mass, are used as the criteria for blast ability classification of rock masses.Meanwhile, the clustering analysis is applied in rock mass blastability classification calculations to the main types of Shuichang Open Pit Mine.Technical parameters for bench blasting of different type of rock masses of the mine are determined in accordance with results of the classification calculation.Field tests demonstrated that the research work can be helpful in improving reliability of the blasting parameters and fragmentation of field blasting. 
