某低品位高磷钒钛磁铁矿选铁试验研究

摘要: 介绍了某低品位高磷钒钛磁铁矿的选铁工艺研究。研究结果表明,采用阶段磨矿分级选别工艺,可以由铁品位15.78%的原矿,获得铁品位57.92%,铁回收率52.85%的铁精矿。其各种杂质均不超标,硫和磷的含量分别为0.023%和0.076%。

Abstract: Researches on the iron concentration process for a low grade vanadiferous titanomagnetite ore with high phosphorus were introduced.The test results indicated that the stage grinding-classification-concentration process could obtain an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 57.92% and iron recovery of 52.85% from the raw ores with Fe grade of 15.78%.Other impurities are low such as sulfur and phosphorus content of 0.023% and 0.076% respectively.
