F-305新药剂对钨矿的捕收性能研究

摘要: 通过单矿物试验和实际矿石试验研究了新型螯合药剂F-305对黑钨矿、白钨矿的捕收性能。试验结果表明,与常规钨矿浮选药剂733氧化石腊皂相比,F-305对钨矿,特别是对黑钨矿具有很强的捕收能力,在常温下能获得很好的浮选指标。并运用红外光谱对其捕收机理进行了分析。

Abstract: In this paper, the collecting property of a new type of chelating reagent F-305 to Wolframite and Scheelite was studied by the single mineral experiment and actual-mineral-experiment.The test results showed that compared with conventional reagent 733 oxyparaffin soap of wolframium mineral, F-305 had a very strong collecting power for wolframium minerals, especially for Wolframite, and could get good flotation index at normal temperature.The Collection Mechanism was analyzed by Infrared Spectrum.
