基于关键链的矿井建设计划的编制与研究

摘要: 关键链技术不仅考虑了任务间的紧前、紧后关系约束,还考虑了任务间的资源冲突,并将组织行为中的一些结论应用到了项目进度管理之中,通过设置时间缓冲区,降低因资源而引起的进度风险,从而弥补了传统项目管理方法的不足,为项目进度制定和管理提供了一种全新的方法。针对矿山建设工程的特点,在对比分析了传统项目进度计划编制方法的基础上,引入关键链项目管理(CCPM)方法,设计了基于关键链技术的编制矿井建设计划的流程。同时,依托MineSched软件和MS Project为软件平台,将该方法运用于某矿的矿井建设计划编制中。采用此方法能快速根据优化的目标及资源约束条件生成相应方案,实现设计、计划、优化和管理的一体化,使整个计划模型与工程系统模型一致,便于调整和管理,人工或计算机处理效率高。

Abstract: The critical chain technique not only focuses on the temporal dependence relationships, but the resource conflicts between tasks.Apply some conclusions from organizational behavior to the plan management,the defects in traditional project management method have been repaired by setting time buffer and depressing progress risk cased by resource.This provides a new method for project schedule establishment and supervision.Based on contrasting and analyzing traditional project schedule planning methods and the characteristics of mine construction project, Critical Chain project management (CCPM) is introduced and then the flow of organizing shaft construction project is designed.Meanwhile, with the support of Gemcom MineSched and MS Project as the software platform, this method has been used in organizing a shaft construction program.The result shows that the method can integrate design, planning, optimization and management, and harmonize entire planning model with engineering system model and can adjust and control conveniently and improve the efficiency of manual or automatic processing.
