摘要: 针对磨矿分级过程中磨矿粒度难以在线检测和直接闭环控制的难题,采用案例推理技术建立了磨矿粒度的在线软测量模型,并在此基础上设计了对磨矿粒度进行闭环控制的先进推断控制系统。该先进控制系统能够根据磨矿分级作业的运行工况对底层PID控制器的设定值进行自动调节,然后通过PID控制回路对调整后的设定值进行跟踪,从而实现对磨矿粒度的闭环控制。在某选矿厂的工业应用表明,该先进控制系统能够对磨矿粒度进行较好的在线估计和控制。

Abstract: Due to the difficulties of online measurement and direct closed-loop control of grinding particle in grinding-classification process, the case-based reasoning technique was adopted to build an online soft-sensor model for grinding particles. Then, based on this, an advanced inferential control scheme was proposed to achieve the closed-loop control of particle size. This advanced control system can automatically adjust the set-point of the lower-level PID controllers according to the operational conditions. As long as the outputs of the PID control loop can track their adjusted set-point, the closed-loop control of particle size will be achieved. The industrial application in a mineral processing plant showed that this proposed approach can achieve good performance of estimation and control of particle size.
