一体化反应器处理某煤矿矿井废水

摘要: 在NaOH用量为83 mg/L,PAC用量为75 mg/L,PAM用量为4.2 mg/L的条件下,采用混凝沉淀与砂滤一体化反应器处理某煤矿高浓度SS(300~500 mg/L)矿井废水,处理后废水各项指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。该工艺一次性投资少、运行费用低、占地面积小、运行管理方便,在处理煤矿矿井废水方面具有较强的竞争优势。

Abstract: Under condition of NaOH dosage of 83 mg/L,PAC of 75 mg/L,PAM of 4.2 mg/L,the high concentration SS(300~500 mg/L)mine drainage was treated by the integrated reactor with coagulation-sedimentation and sand filter.After treatment, the effluent quality can reach the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The process has its competitive advantages in treating the coal mine drainage as low investment,low operating costs,less floor area and easy management.
