铁矿尾矿干法排放工艺及设备

摘要: 我国众多铁矿山仍然采用尾矿库排放尾矿,对环境和安全均造成危害。山东煤机装备集团有限公司探索出了一整套完善的铁矿尾矿干法排放新工艺。该工艺利用旋流器将尾矿分级,分出的粗粒级用水平带式真空过滤机过滤,低浓度细粒级经浓缩机浓缩后用全自动立式压滤机压滤,得到的滤饼全部干排,滤液循环利用。实际应用表明,该工艺可取得显著的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: Lots of iron ore tailings are discharged into tailings storehouse in China, which caused the serious harm on environment and safety. A whole set of dry discharge process for iron tailings are explored by Shandong Coal Mining Equipment Group Co., Ltd. In this process, the tailings are classified by cyclone, where the coarser is filtered with the horizontal belt type vacuum filter, and the finer is concentrated and filtered by the completely automatic vertical filter press. The filtering cake is discharged dryly and the filtering water is recycled. A remarkable economic and social efficiency was obtained in this process.
