崔家寨矿动压巷道锚网索支护参数优化研究

摘要: 在现场调研的基础上,分析了崔家寨矿现有支护存在的问题,全面考察了回采巷道受采动影响的围岩变形特点。运用锚网支护加固原理及锚索支护补强原理,对现有锚网索支护参数进行了系统优化,提出了该矿锚网索支护的设计方案。井下观测结果表明,采用新的支护方案后,巷道围岩移近显著减小,有效地控制了巷道断面的强烈变形,加快了巷道施工速度,降低了成本,同时为其它矿区类似条件下的动压巷道合理支护提供借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract  Based on the field investigation, the problems of roadways support in Cuijiazhai Mine are analyzed, and overall investigation on the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock under the influence of mining are made.In addition, using bolt-mesh strengthening principle and anchor supplement support theory, the bolt-mesh-anchor support parameters are optimized and the design scheme of support is put forward.The observation results in the field show that the roadways surface displacement are greatly reduced by using the new support scheme, and the intensive deformation of roadway cross-section is effectively controlled.This method can not only speed up the construction of the roadway, but also reduce the cost.The technical measures described in this paper provide a reference for the mines with similar geological conditions.
