硫化矿石自燃机理及防治技术研究进展

摘要: 根据国内外有关硫化矿石自燃的研究现状,系统阐述了硫化矿石氧化自热的物理机理、化学热力学机理、电化学机理以及生物氧化机理。介绍了硫化矿石自燃火灾的预测预报技术,包括自燃倾向性测试法、综合因素评价法、统计经验法、数学模型预测法、标志性气体分析法和测温预报法。综述了现有的硫化矿石自燃综合治理技术。最后针对硫化矿石自燃的机理及综合防治技术研究做出了展望。

Abstract: Based on the present research situation of spontaneous combustion for sulfide ores, the oxidation and self-heating mechanism were introduced systematically, including the physical mechanism, chemical thermodynamic mechanism, electrochemical mechanism, and bio-oxidation mechanism. The prediction and forecast techniques for spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores were put forward, such as spontaneous combustion tendency test, integrating all the relevant factors evaluation, statistic and empirical method, mathematical model prediction, forecast methods of significant gas analysis and temperature measuring. Moreover, the existing integrated control techniques for spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores were also summarized. In the end, the prospects over the future research on mechanism and control measures for spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores were set forth.
