摘要: 概括了复杂难选铁矿石的类型和选矿现状;总结了复杂难选铁矿石的磁化焙烧机理;介绍了铁矿石磁化焙烧新技术——闪速磁化焙烧技术的特点和典型试验结果,指出闪速磁化焙烧技术可使过去根本无法利用或利用率极低的复杂难选铁矿石得以经济、高效利用。

Abstract: The paper describes the type of complex refractory iron ores and the beneficiation situation, summarizes the mechanism of magnetization roasting for refractory iron ores, and introduces the characteristics of new technique of magnetization roasting and its typical tests results, namely Flash Magnetic Roasting.  It is pointed out that the flash magnetization roasting technology can realize the economic and high-efficient utilization of the complex refractory iron ore which can not or less be used in the past.
