四川甘洛县某氧化铅锌矿石选矿试验研究

摘要: 针对四川省甘洛县某铅锌矿矿石氧化程度高、矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均、易泥化的矿石性质,采用先硫化浮铅,然后脱泥浮锌的工艺流程,并选用浮铅的高效辅助捕收剂S-8和氧化锌矿物的胺类组合捕收剂A-9,使铅、锌得到了较好的分选,获得的试验指标为:铅精矿铅品位63.40%,铅回收率76.96%,含锌2.53%,锌精矿锌品位38.31%,锌回收率81.83%,含铅0.87%。

Abstract: According to the Pb-Zn ore natures in Ganluo county, Sichuan province, such as high oxidized degree, unevenly mineral particle distribution, and easy pelitization, the processing of lead floating by sulfuration and zinc float by desliming has been adopted with the assistance of high-efficient collector S-8 for lead flotation and amines combined collector A-9 on oxide zinc flotation to perfectly separate lead and zinc. The experimental results showed that lead concentrate with Pb grade of 63.40% and Zn grade of 2.53% at a lead recovery of 76.96%, and Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 38.31% and Pb of 0.87% at a Zn recovery of 81.83% were obtained.
