多金属铜矿无尾排放工艺研究

摘要: 概述了多金属矿山的金属特性;介绍了铜、钼、金、银的回收工艺方法;探讨了铜钼分离最佳工艺操作条件;指出通过采用重选和浮选联合流程,改进快速浮选流程结构,完善浮选药剂制度等措施,钼精矿品位最终可稳定在含Mo 50%以上,钼的回收率可提高到85%,金的回收率提高10个百分点以上,银的回收率提高5.6个百分点以上;通过生产免烧免蒸砖能很好地解决多金属尾矿环境污染问题,最终实现多金属矿山资源的全面综合利用。

Abstract: The properties of multi-metal mine are characterized. The recovery processes of copper,molybdenum,gold and silver are introduced. And the optimum conditions of Cu-Mo separation are discussed. By combining with the gravity and flotation process,improving flow-sheet structure of fast floatation process,and optimizing the system of floating reagent,the grade of Mo concentrate can be above 50% steadily at an 85% recovery,meanwhile,gold and silver recovery be increased by 10% and 5.6% respectively. The environmental pollution can be solved by producing non-burned and steam-free bricks,so that the comprehensive utilization of multi-metal resources will be realized.
