边孔角对无底柱分段崩落法放矿影响的颗粒流数值模拟研究

摘要: 以无底柱分段崩落法为研究对象,应用二维颗粒流数值模拟(PFC2D)的方法,研究了扇形炮孔边孔角变化对放矿过程的影响规律,并对其内部复杂的运动场、内力场,尤其是放矿过程中矿石颗粒对端壁产生的侧压力进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明,随着边孔角的增大,端壁所受的侧压力也随之增大;边孔角越小,极限平衡拱形成和崩解的现象发生得越频繁。

Abstract: With sublevel caving as the research object, the paper studied the laws in the ore drawing process with the changes of the lateral opening angle. Based on PFC2D, the movement of particles and the pressure field, especially lateral pressure of the funnel are all simulated and analyzed. As is shown, the lateral pressure rises with the increase of the angle of the lateral opening; the limit equilibrium cove forms and disintegrates much more frequently when the angel of lateral opening is lower.
