Study on Sedimentation Rules of Full Tailings in Beneficiation of Nanjing Lead-Zinc-Silver Mine

摘要: 利用沉降柱试验研究了全尾砂的自然沉降规律。研究发现,利用沉降速率和时间的双对数坐标可以容易地把尾砂的沉降过程区分为自重沉降阶段和自重固结阶段,自重沉降阶段持续时间约为3 h。尾砂的密度和浓度随沉降时间的延长都逐渐增大,在初始沉降的1 h以内,沉降变化缓慢,在1~4 h之间,尾砂发生了较快的沉降过程,尾砂在沉降24 h后各指标变化均趋于稳定。随着沉积深度的增加,密度和浓度均呈增长趋势。

Abstract: The sedimentation properties of full tailing was studied by sedimentation column test, and test results showed that the sedimentation procedure can be easily divided into self-weight sedimentation phase and self-weight consolidation phase by loglog coordination of sedimentation velocity and time. The self-weight sedimentation phase takes about 3 h. The density and concentration increase with sedimentation time increase. Within the first hour, the sedimentation is slow, while between one hour and four hours, the tailing sedimentation varies fast. After 24 h, each index in the sedimentation procedure comes to be steady. With the depth increase, the density and concentration increase as well. 
