摘要: 结合本溪钢铁(集团)公司贾家堡铁矿的露天境界设计,应用SmartMiner软件系统,对该矿的开采境界实行优化,并分析了市场和成本变化对开采境界的影响。实践表明,优化的应用对确定最合理的设计方案具有重要作用;以总效益最大化为设计目标,境界对经济条件(尤其是精矿价格)的灵敏度很高。境界分析对大型矿山确定分期开采的分期境界也具有重要价值。

Abstract: In the design of the final pit for Jiajiapu mine of Benxi Iron and Steel Company, a software package, SmartMiner, was used to optimize the final-pit and to conduct pit-limit analyses. This case study indicates that application of optimization can play an important role in obtaining the best finalpit design, and the pit has a high sensitivity with respect to economical conditions (product price in particular)when the objective is to maximize the total economic gain. Pit-limit analysis is also a valuable procedure in determining the phase pit limits.
