某鲕状赤铁矿絮凝—强磁选试验研究

摘要: 通过矿石性质分析,对某地鲕状赤铁矿采用絮凝—强磁选工艺流程进行选别,在矿浆pH值为11,分散剂水玻璃用量为800+400 g/t,絮凝剂淀粉用量为200+100 g/t,磁场强度为1 194 kA/m的条件下,经过1次粗选、1次扫选,获得了含铁55.51%,铁回收率为76.02%的铁精矿。

Abstract: Abstact  It was determined through analyzing the feature of oolitic hematite ore to adopt flocculation-high intensity magnetic as process flow. Under the condition of water glass of 800+400 g/t as the dispersant,starch of 200+100 g/t as the flocculant,magnetic field intensity of 1 194 kA/m at pH 11,the iron concentrate grading at 55.51% with 76.02% iron recovery was obtained through the process of 1-roughing and 1-scavenging.
