提高含铜难浸金矿金浸出率的细菌预处理研究

摘要: 江西某含铜难浸金矿的金精矿常规金浸出率仅48.71%,采用富氧细菌氧化预处理后金浸出率可达91.67%。鉴于富氧、低温控制工艺的高要求不宜实际推广,研究中开展了低氧细菌预处理试验,并引入磁场强化预处理,达到金浸出率91.72%的较理想指标。同时,对磁场强化细菌预处理过程的机理进行了分析探讨。

Abstract:  The conventional thiourea leaching rate of gold from flotation concentrate of the refractory ore containning copper from Jiangxi province was only 48.71%.With oxygen-rich biooxidation leaching technigue,the gold leaching rate is enhanced to 91.67%.In view of the high controlling conditions,the oxygen-rich and low temperature leaching technique is not suitable for real popularizing .Hypoxia biooxidation leaching research was carried out and magnetic field was introduced to intensify biooxidation.The gold leaching rate reached 91.72%,a better rate .The mechanism of the biooxidation intensified by magnetic field is analyzed.
