低碱条件下某硫化铜矿石选矿工艺流程研究

摘要: 针对江西某硫化铜矿石的特征,进行了合理的选矿工艺流程和新药剂制度的研究。试验结果表明:在低碱条件下,用组合抑制剂进行铜优先浮选、粗精矿再磨分选的流程试验,可获得铜品位21.37%,回收率91.78%的技术指标。该工艺流程简单,铜的品位和回收率指标高,且易于工业化生产,可为该选矿厂的总体扩产改造方案提供依据。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of copper sulphide ore, the mineral processing flow-sheet and new reagent system were investigated and adjusted. The experimental resuits indicatel that such technical indexes as copper grade of 21.37% and copper recovery of 91.78% can be obtained by the process of copper priority and coarse concentrates regrinding beneficiation process with combined depressors in low alkali conditions. This flow-sheet is simple and can achieve high copper concentrate grade and recovery ratio of copper. And it is easy to be industrialized as well, thus providing the basis for transformation programs for the overall expansion of concentrator.
