不良岩体条件下上向进路机械化高强度采矿技术研究

Research on Mechanized Mining Technique with High Intensity of  Upward Drift Stoping Under Poor Rock-mass Condition

摘要: 锦丰金矿矿岩破碎,易风化崩解,自稳能力差,上向进路式回采时存在掘进爆破困难,巷道成型差,采矿效率低等问题。通过综合采用大直径空孔掏槽技术、底孔护孔技术、湿喷+树脂锚杆支护技术,提高巷道掘进效率,改善支护效果。通过技术革新,实现了不良岩体条件下强掘、强支、强采、强充的高强度上向进路式机械化采矿新工艺,掘进效率达到94.5%,巷道成型率100%,采矿强度达到42.5 t/(工·班),综合技术达到国际先进水平。

Abstract: Due to the features of broken ore & rock,easily weathering and collapse with poor stability in Jinfeng Gold Mine, there are many problems such as blasting difficulties, poor tunnel molding, low mining efficiency in upward drift stoping and rockfill. Through integrating a series of technologies as large-diameter empty hole undercutting blasting, bottom hole protection, wet shotcrete + resin bolting support, the efficiency of tunneling was enhanced and the support effects were improved. With technology innovation, a new mechanized mining technique with high-intensity as strengthened digging, supporting, mining, backfilling had been achieved under poor rock mass condition. As a result, the tunneling efficiency reached 94.5%, and tunnel forming rate attained 100%, and mining intensity reached 42.5 t per work and shift. The integrated technologies have reached the international advanced level.
