Abstract: Acylonitrile ester N,N-dimethy dithiocarbamate is a new type of high efficient collector on sulfide ores, which has very strong collecting and selecting ability on sulfide mineral in complex and extremely cold district. Orthogonal test is made to determine the best process conditions: the mixture ratio of Acrylonitrile, Carbon disulfide and Dimethylamine （mol）1∶1.1∶1.05, reaction temperature at 20 ±2℃, reaction time 6 h, the component 75%, the rate of product 80%. Metal copper recovery rate can be improved by 3.62% and copper rough concentrate grade increased by 0.93% with Sodium petylxanthate dosage of 30 g/t and Acylonitrile ester N,N-dimethy dithiocarbamate 80 g/t, comparing with Sodium petylxanthate dosage of 300 g/t.
