用充填式浮选机选别大鳞片石墨的研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在同等条件下，采用充填式浮选机和普通浮选机选别大鳞片石墨矿石对比，充填式浮选机精矿品位可提高0.26个百分点，回收率可提高2.95个百分点。从开路试试验还可看出，采用充填式浮选机，整个流程可减少1～2次精选作业。

Abstract: Under the same conditions, the beneficiation tests of large flake graphite with filling-type flotation machine and the traditional one are contrasted. The former can improve the concentrate grade by 0.26 %, and recovery rate by 2.95 %. From observing the open-circuit tests, one or two cleaning concentration processes can be decreased in whole process with the filling flotation machine.
