安徽某赤铁矿选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation Process for a Certain Hematite in Anhui

摘要: 安徽某鞍山式赤铁矿含铁40.19%,含硅28.99%,在分析其矿石性质之后,采用SLon立环脉动高梯度强磁选机进行1次粗选、1次精选的试验研究。结果表明,在粗选磁感应强度0.9 T,精选磁感应强度0.5 T的情况下,可以得到含铁58.05%,回收率61.53%的铁精矿。并对其尾矿进行了磁化焙烧—磁选的试验研究,得到了含铁61.38%的铁精矿,使铁的综合回收率达到了82.71%。试验结果为该地区选矿工艺提供了重要的依据。

Abstract: A certain Anshan-type hematite in Anhui contains 40.19% Fe and 28.88% SiO2. After assaying its ore property, the experiment of one roughing and one cleaning process with this hematite was carried out with SLon pulsating high gradient high intensity magnetic separator. The results show that under the conditions of 0.9 T field strength in roughing and 0.5 T field strength in cleaning, iron concentrate grading at 58.05% with a  61.53%  recovery rate can be obtained. Then, the magnetizing roast experiments were carried out on tails, obtaining iron concentrate with Fe grade of  61.38%  and total recovery rate of 82.71%. All these results could be used as reference for beneficiation production in this area.
