浮选柱内微孔发泡器发泡性能研究

摘要: 利用数字摄像技术获得浮选柱内气泡图像,采用Image-Pro Plus 5.0图像处理软件对气泡大小及直径分布率进行统计、计算,考查了发泡器平均孔径、润湿性和表观气体速率对气泡大小的影响。研究结果表明,气泡群Sauter直径随发泡器的平均孔径、表观气体速率减小而减小;发泡器润湿性对气泡大小有显著影响,与疏水型发泡器相比较,亲水型微孔发泡器有利于产生小气泡。采用小孔径、亲水型微孔发泡器发泡,所产生的气泡群有利于微细粒矿物浮选回收。

Abstract: With the digital imaging processing, the bubbles imaging in flotation column were obtained.By adopting the image processing software of Pro Plus 5.0, the size and the diameter distribution of bubbles are calculated, and the effect of mean size and wettability of foaming generator, superficial gas velocity on the size of the bubbles were studied.The results showed that Sauter diameter of the bubbles decreases with the decrease of superficial gas velocity and mean size of foaming generator, and wettability of foaming generator has obvious effect on the size of bubble.Compared with hydrophobic foaming generator, it is easier to produce micro-bubble for hydrophilic foaming generator.The bubbles produced by foaming generator which with smaller pore and hydrophobic material are beneficial for the recovery of fine particles by flotation.
