充填井下关键隔离层控制地表沉陷的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on the Surface Subsidence of Key Spacing Bond Control in Underground Filling

摘要: 金属矿山空场采矿法多中段回采过后形成较大范围的采空区,大面积采空区的存在是造成地表沉陷的主要诱因。为保证下部中段安全回采,控制地表沉陷,提出在深部中段回采之前,选择合理中段实施整体充填,形成应力隔离层。为保证充填关键隔离层方案的可靠性,以某金矿为实例,利用三维弹塑性有限元数值模拟软件对整个回采充填过程进行数值模拟,通过对下沉位移量进行分析,得到了切合实际的模拟结果,验证了充填隔离层在多中段回采中控制地表沉陷的关键作用,为进一步现场施工提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Large minedout area appeared after multi-level mining with open stoping method in metal mine,and large-size minedout area is main reasons for the surface subsidenceTo protect safety mining of the medium section and control surface subsidence,it is suggested to choose a reasonable level to make overall filling and forming stress spacing bond before deep miningIn order to ensure the reliability of the filling key bond scheme,and taking a gold mine as the example,the overall mining and filling process is stimulated with three-dimensional finite element analysis software of elastic plasticity.Based on the analysis of surface subsidence displacement,a reasonable result is achievedIt is verified that the filling key bond for the medium-section ore-body is the effective factor which control the surface subsidenceIt provides ascientific basis for the on-site construction
