辊压机挤压粉碎模型的研究

Study on Grinding and Comminution Model of Roller Press

摘要: 为了提高对辊压产品粒度预测的准确性,基于M.Torres提出的由于物料对辊面挤压力不均而进行分割的思想,对辊压机的挤压粉碎模型进行深入研究。利用滦县粉碎厂试验设备进行现场试验,对试验数据进行分析,用MATLAB软件对选择函数和破碎函数模型进行拟合,确定影响辊压机出料粒度的各个参数,得出相应的选择函数和破碎函数模型。对辊压机辊子进行轴向分割后,根据试验数据求出相应的模型参数。

Abstract: In order to study the accuracy of products materials prediction in rolling process, and based on the intersected idea raised by M.Torres due to the uneven stress in the roller surface, the grinding and comminution model of roller press is deeply investigated.The on-site tests are carried out by adopting the equipment in Luanxian crushing plant, and the test data is analyzed.After that, MATLAB software is used to fit the selection function and breakage function model to ascertain all parameters that affect the products granularity of roller press.Then an appropriate selection and breakage function model is obtained.After the axial intersection of roller press, the corresponding model parameters are gained according to the experimental data.
