从某钨重选尾矿中回收钼的浮选试验

摘要: 某钨重选尾矿含0.02%的钼,具有综合回收价值。对该尾矿进行回收钼的浮选试验,结果表明,在-0.074 mm占40%的粗磨条件下用煤油作捕收剂进行粗选,粗精矿再磨至-0.074 mm占80%后以石灰为pH调整剂、硫化钠和水玻璃为抑制剂进行4次精选,可以获得钼品位为46.39%,钼回收率为68.48%的钼精矿。

Abstract: A kind of tungsten gravity tailing containing 0.02% of molybdenum has a comprehensive recovery value. The flotation experiments on recovery of Molybdenum from this tailing indicated that molybdenum concentrate with grade of 46.39% and recovery rate of 68.48% is obtained in full process of one roughing under rough grinding of 40% -0.074 mm and coal oil as collector,and following four cleaning for rough concentrate under regrinding fineness of 80% -0.074 mm,and taking lime as pH modifying agent,sodium sulfide and sodium silicate as the depressant respectively.
