高磷铁矿石氯化离析—弱磁选新工艺研究

Study on New Process of Chlorinating Segregation of  A High-phosphorus Iron Ore-low Intensity Magnetic Separation

摘要: 云南某铁矿石铁矿物主要为赤褐铁矿和菱铁矿,同时含磷较高,为1.13%。采用氯化离析—弱磁选新工艺对该矿石进行提铁降磷研究,通过大量试验,得出的适宜工艺条件为还原剂焦炭用量10%,氯化剂L4用量15%,离析温度1 000 ℃,离析时间45 min,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85.38%,弱磁选磁感应强度0.16 T。在此条件下,可使铁精矿铁品位和铁回收率分别达到75.33%~76.44%和83.63%~85.66%,磷含量降到0.215%~0.218%。

Abstract: The iron minerals in a certain iron ore of Yunnan mainly exist in hematite-limonite and siderite with high phosphorus of 1.13%. Researches on iron improving and phosphorus decreasing were made through new process of chlorinating segregation-low intensity magnetic separation. Large amount of experiments showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: coke dosages of reducers 10%,chlorinating agent L4 dosages15%,segregation temperature at 1 000 ℃,segregation time for 45 min,grinding fineness of 85.38% -0.074 mm,and low intensity magnetic separation field intensity 0.16 T. Under this condition,Fe grade and recovery rate of iron concentrate can reach 75.33%~76.44% and 83.63%~85.66% respectively,and phosphorus content decrease to 0.215%~0.218%.
