Abstract: Based on analyzing the fault diagnosis characteristic of self-lubrication system in mining dump truck，a fuzzy rule base is established by adopting the fuzzy conditional reasoning method，which reflects the relationship between symptom and fault of the self-lubrication system.It provides a basis for high-efficiently and quickly reasoning and diagnosing the fault.
