摘要: 金属矿山地下开采作业中,聚合物薄喷层支护是一项先进、方便、快速、高效的新型面积支护形式;支护材料在岩层屈服断裂前和断裂后的控制中,可提供巨大固结岩层的能力,对矿岩有着潜在支护能力。通过有无喷涂层试样的单轴抗压强度试验和薄喷层围岩恢复加固效果试验,对聚合物薄喷层的潜在支护性能进行检验和论证,为解决软岩巷道的支护问题所提出的新方法提供了科学依据。

Abstract: As to the underground mining in metal mines, the lamella layer of polymer is a new type of area support, which is advanced, convenient, quick-acting and efficient. The support materials can provide huge consolidation strength for rocks in the process of control before and after yielding fracture, which has potential support in minerals and rocks. Through the experiments of uniaxial compression strength with and without spraying coating layer and the consolidation recovery effect test of wall-rocks with lamella layer, the potential support property of the polymer layer is inspected and demonstrated, and it provides a scientific argument for the new approach to resolve the problems in support of soft rocks tunnel.
