某铜尾矿中金红石的选矿回收试验

摘要: 分析了江西某铜矿尾矿的性质,阐述了从该尾矿中回收金红石的工艺及设备。通过试验确定了离心选矿机的最佳工作参数,以及重选粗精矿浮选的药剂种类和最佳用量,经过1粗2扫4精、中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路流程,获得了TiO2品位68.28%、总回收率约6.6%的最终精矿。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the properties of a copper tailing of Jiangxi, and describes the process and equipment of rutile recovery from tailings. The optimal operating parameters of centrifugal concentrator, the type of reagents and the optimum dosage in flotation of rough concentrate from gravity separation were determined through tests. In the closed-circuit flotation process of one-roughing, two-scavenging, four-cleaning and medium ores back to the feed, the final concentrate with TiO2 grade of 68.28% and total recovery of about 6.6% was obtained.
