某电厂粉煤灰浮选脱碳试验研究

Experimental Research on De-carbon in Flotation of Fly Ash in a Power Plant

摘要: 针对某电厂排放的粉煤灰烧失量较高,不能直接利用的现状,用实验室型浮选机对该试样进行了浮选脱碳条件优选试验,并对旋流-静态微泡浮选柱和浮选机的脱碳效果进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,经1次粗选,浮选机可获得产率约60%,烧失量约2.4%的尾灰;浮选柱可获得产率约70%,烧失量约2%的尾灰;浮选柱选别的粗精煤灰分仅有40%,比浮选机低约20个百分点。

Abstract: Due to its high LOI, fly ash that are discharged from a power plant can not directly be used.In view of this status quo, the laboratory flotation machine is adopted to optimize the conditions of flotation experiment for the samples, and comparison of the de-carbon effect with the cyclone-static microbubble flotation column and the flotation machine is made.The results show that by one-roughing separation, fly ashes with the yield of about 60% and LOI of 2.4% of are obtained by the flotation machine, and the yield of about 70%, and LOI of about 2% by the flotation column; The content of rough ash concentrate is only 40% by the flotation column, which is lowered by about 20% than that by the flotation machine.
