钻孔卸压开采的数值模拟

摘要: 应用在巷道两帮打钻孔的方法,对程潮铁矿东西区结合部高应力区进行卸压开采分析,根据卸压机理结合工程实例对其进行数值模拟,分析在打卸压孔前后东西区结合部的应力分布特征。模拟结果表明,钻孔卸压开采有效地利用了卸压孔对巷道周围岩体的切割,使巷道围岩的集中应力向卸压工程转移,同时利用卸压孔的空间收缩来释放周围岩体的压力,最后达到减少巷道围岩受力和变形的卸压效果。

Abstract: The paper applies the method of drilling in both sidewall to analyze the pressure relief mining in high stress region of East-west combination area of Chengchao Iron Mine.According to the pressure relief mechanism and combining with the practical project,the numerical simulation on pressure relief mining was made to analyze the stress distribution in east-west combination area before and after the drilling.The numerical results show that pressure-relief mining with drilling can effectively make use of pressure-relief holes cutting the roadway surrounding rock and make the concentrated stress of the roadway surrounding rock transfer to the pressure relief project.Pressure of the surrounding rock would be released by space contraction of the pressure relief holes,finally the effect of reducing the pressure and deformation of roadway surrounding rocks is achieved.
