摘要: 以鄂西高磷赤铁矿为对象,通过分散剂的种类及用量、矿浆pH值、添加分散剂后的搅拌时间对矿泥分散效果的影响试验,研究了分散剂对抗其中的微细矿物颗粒发生互凝和矿泥罩盖作用的情况,明确了达到最佳分散效果的条件,并从理论上分析了分散作用的机理,以及试验中的分散剂产生分散效果差异的原因。

Abstract: Taking the high phosphorus hematite in western Hubei as the object,tests on the dispersion effect of sludge with the type and dosage of dispersant,slurry pH value,stirring time after adding dispersant are made.The action situation of dispersant in coagulation among fine mineral particles and slime coating is studied,and the optimal dispersion conditions are given.Then,the mechanism of dispersion action and the reasons for different dispersion effect of dispersant in the tests are theoretically analyzed.
