广西合浦高岭土的剥片研究

摘要: 以广西合浦某高岭土φ75 mm,φ50 mm水力旋流器串联分级溢流为剥片原料,采用搅拌磨进行了分散剂种类及用量、剥片浓度及时间对高岭石剥片效果的影响研究。得出在剥片浓度65%,剥片时间140 min,分散剂聚丙烯酸钠(DC)用量占原料重2%,分两次加入的情况下,剥片产品-2 μm粒级产率达到95%以上。

Abstract: Taking the overflow from the series classification of φ75 mm and φ50 mm hydrocyclone in a certain Kaolin Mine of Hepu in Guangxi as raw materials of stripping,investigation on effect of type and dosage of dispersant,stripping concentration and time on the Kaolin stripping were carried out by adopting the stirred mill.It was obtained that stripping product in -2 μm size reached the yield of 95% when stripping concentration was 65%,stripping time 140 min and dispersant polyacrylate sodium (DC) accounting for 2% of the raw materials by adding two times separately.
