用酯105浮选酒钢桦树沟铜矿石的试验研究

摘要： 通过试验室试验和扩大连选试验，研究了以酯105作为捕收剂浮选酒钢桦树沟铜矿石的选别效果，并与丁黄药进行了对比。结果表明，采用相同的浮选流程，酯105所获铜精矿品位为22.51%，比丁黄药所获铜精矿的品位高出3.72个百分点，而且酯105还具有药剂制度简单、药剂成本低、尾矿水水质好等优点，为此推荐采用酯105选别桦树沟铜矿石。本研究成果已被作为桦树沟铜矿选矿厂的设计依据。

Abstract: Through the laboratory tests and semi-industrial beneficiation tests, the flotation effect of JISCO Huashugou Copper Ores with Ester-105 as collector was investigated, and then it was compared with that with butyl xanthate. The results showed that under the same flotation process, copper concentrate grade by Ester -105 reached 22.51% and improved by 3.72% comparing with butyl xanthate. Moreover, Ester-105 has advantages of simple reagent system, low cost pharmacy, and good water quality in tailings, thus it is recommended as collector in beneficiation of Huashugou copper ore. The research result has been used as a basis for the dressing plant design of Huashugou copper mine.
