包钢矿浆管线工程无缝管段现场压力测试

摘要: 通过清管、通球、测径、注水、试压、排水等一系列程序,对包钢矿浆管线工程中自产无缝管的极限承载能力进行测试,测试结果表明,管材与焊口均能满足工作压力、屈服强度的要求,特别是能够满足瞬变最大压力的要求,可以确保管线运行安全。

Abstract: Through series of procedure such as pigging, ball passing, caliper measure, water injection, pressure testing and drainage, the tests on the ultimate bearing capacity of self-produced seamless tube in project of pulp pipeline of Baotou Iron and Steel Corporation are carried out. The results indicate that the tube stock and the welded junction can satisfy with the requirement of working pressure and yielding strength, and especially can meet the required value of maximum transient pressure. It can ensure the operation of pipeline to be safety.
