大阶段嗣后充填回采顺序及出矿控制技术研究

Study on Mining Sequence and Ore-drawing Control Technique of High-stage Backfill Mining

摘要: 以马钢姑山矿后观音山矿体条件为工程背景,采用FLAC2D数值软件分析了嗣后充填法开采矿房引起的围岩应力、变形以及塑性区域变化情况,得到了围岩应力、变形及塑性区域变化规律。对比分析了5种回采顺序方案,确定了盘区矿房回采顺序;并从散体力学方面提出了阶段嗣后充填法出矿顺序,指导了矿山实际生产。

Abstract: Based on geologic condition of Houguanyinshan ore-body in Masteel Gushan Mine, FLAC2D simulation soft is used to analyze the changes of stress, deformation and plasticity of wall rock caused by stage backfill mining. Then the change rule of stress, deformation and plasticity is obtained. Five mining sequence schemes are contrasted to determine the mining sequence of ore-room in panels. And ore-drawing order of the stage backfill mining is also put forward by referring to the granule mechanics, which can guide the practical production in mine.
