某铜钼选厂铜精矿浓密溢流磁絮凝试验

摘要: 为去除某铜钼选矿厂铜精矿浓密溢流水中的悬浮物使其能够回用,对该溢流水进行了磁絮凝试验。试验结果表明:当PAC用量为250 g/t、PAM用量为0.25 g/t、磁粉用量为2 500 g/t时,磁絮凝工艺可使溢流水的悬浮物去除率达到97%,浊度降至4 NTU,而且其效率比传统混凝工艺大大提高。

Abstract: In order to remove the suspension substance in the thickening overflow of copper concentrate from a copper-mulynium dressing plant for recycling, the magnetic flocculation tests were made. The tests results showed that under the conditions of PAC dosage of 250g/t, PAM dosage of 0.25g/t, magnetic powder of 2500g/t, the SS removal rate reached 97% and its turbidity decreased to 4NTU by the magnetic flocculation technique, and its efficiency can be highly improved, comparing with the traditional coagulation process.
