内蒙古某多金属矿2号矿体采空区处理方案探讨

Discussion on the Treatment Scheme of Mined-out Area of No.2 Ore Body of a Multi-metal Mine in Inner Mongolia

摘要: 内蒙古某多金属矿2号矿体采空区上盘和顶板暴露面积约10万m2,而且采空区形状不规则、分布范围广、重叠交错。根据采空区的现状和矿山现有的生产设施,通过对比分析,推荐采用强制崩落上盘围岩并诱导上盘逐渐崩落围岩充填采空区,在作业区上方形成一定安全厚度的缓冲垫层的处理方法。同时对缓冲垫层安全厚度的确定进行了研究,为类似矿山大型采空区处理提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The exposed upper plate and roof area of the No.2 ore body mined-out area of a multi-metal mine in Inner Mongolia is about 0.1 million square meters,and the mined-out area is in irregular shape with wide distribution and staggered overlapping.According to the status of mined-out and the existing production facilities,the method of compulsory caving rock on the plate and inducing rock avalanche on the disk gradually filling mined-out area is recommended through comparative analysis,forming the buffer security cushion with a certain thickness above the operation area.Also,how to determine the safe thickness of the buffer cushion is researched,thus providing a reference for the similar large mined-out area.
