摘要: 在对旋风闪速磁化焙烧炉基础理论介绍的基础上,先以炉内竖管中的单矿物颗粒为研究对象,从运动力学的角度研究了矿物颗粒初速度、运动气体速度、矿物颗粒直径等因素对运动规律的影响,继而推导出矿物颗粒的群体运动规律,提出了旋风闪速焙烧炉设计中沉降末速确定、风筒设计和气流调节的基本原则。

Abstract: Based on the introduction to the basic theory of flash-wind magnetizing roaster,the influences of mineral particles' initial velocity,and gas flow velocity,particles' diameters and other factors on the motion law were investigated from the angle of the sport dynamics,where the single mineral particle in the vertical pipe of furnace was considered as the research target.Then,the movement law of mineral particle groups was derived,and the basic principles of the determination of terminal velocity of particle settling,the wind-cone design and the air flow control were proposed during the design process of the flash-wind roaster.
