摘要: 基于型号为TMS320LF2407A的DSP设计了磁流变阀控制系统的硬件电路,包括时钟电路、电源变换电路、检测电路、磁流变阀驱动电路、串口通讯电路、总线缓冲与电平变换电路等。所设计的电路简单可靠,在杏花煤矿的液压支架控制系统中取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: The hardware circuit of magnetorheological valve control system was designed based on DSP (TMS320LF2407A), including clock circuit, power conversion circuit, detection circuit, driver circuit of magnetroheological valve, serial communication circuit, and bus buffer and level translation circuit etc.. The hardware circuit design is simple and reliable, and achieves good application effect in control system of hydraulic powered support in Xinghua coal mine.
