摘要: 影响柴油机性能的因素较多,喷油系统无疑是最重要的环节。通过分析喷油系统各参数对柴油机性能的影响,并针对X6105型柴油机现存问题及造成这些问题的成因,制定出一系列适合该机喷油系统的改进措施。通过台架试验,寻求该机喷油系统的最佳匹配状态,达到改善该机性能、增强市场竞争力、拓宽使用场合、适应井下动力装置使用要求的目的。

Abstract: There are many factors influencing the performance of diesel engine, and fuel injection system is undoubtedly the most important one. This paper analyzes the effects of each parameter of the fuel injection system on the performance of diesel engine, and proposes a series of improvement methods, in view of the existing problems and the causes of X6105 diesel engine. Through bench tests, the optimal match condition of this engine's fuel injection system was found out, achieving the goals of improving the performance of the engine, enhancing the market competition, widening the application fields and adapting to the requirements of the down-hole power unit.
