有机矿物固化泡沫的研制及应用

摘要: 为有效封堵煤矿井下漏风防治煤炭自燃,初步研制出了高膨胀率、快速反应、凝固时间可调且安全环保的有机矿物固化泡沫。探讨了有机矿物固化泡沫的发泡机理和稳泡机理;试验研究了不同组分情况下固化泡沫的性能指标;介绍了固化泡沫的特点及用途。有机矿物固化泡沫在小青煤矿W2回风石门密闭自然发火防治中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract: In order to efficiently seal air leakage to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal, a solidified foam of organic minerals with high inflation rate, rapid response, adjustable coagulation time and environment-friendly was preliminary developed. The foaming mechanism and bubble-steady mechanism of this organic solidified foam were theoretically discussed, and the performance index of the solidified foam with different components was studied. Then, the paper introduced the feature and utilization of the solidified foam. Good effects on controlling coal spontaneous combustion at W2 return-tunnel of Xiaoqing Coal Mine were achieved by adopting this foam.
