奥灰水体下铁矿穿脉巷道围岩变形规律实测分析

Test Analysis on Deformation Law of Surrounding Rock of the Across-vein Roadway under the Ordovician Limestone Water

摘要: 南洺河铁矿开采引起覆岩的破坏,容易导致上部水体渗入,威胁矿山的安全。为了保证矿床的安全生产,采用矿压在线监测系统对南洺河铁矿穿脉巷的顶板围岩位移、离层等进行实时监测,监测结果表明穿脉巷道顶板下沉量最大值为9 mm,矿压显现不强烈。研究结果表明:在现有开采方法下,南洺河铁矿在奥灰水体下开采是安全的。

Abstract: The exploration causes the damage to the overburdens in Nanminghe Iron Mine and easily leads to the seepage of the upper water, which threatens the safety of mine. In order to guarantee the safety of the underground production, the strata pressure on-line monitoring system is adopted to monitor the displacement and abscission layer of the surrounding rock in the across vein roadway of Nanminghe Iron Mine in real time. The monitoring results show that the maximum value of the roof convergence is 9mm in the across-vein roadway with the strata-pressure behaviors not distinct. The research results showed that the mining under the ordovician limestone water was in safety by the current mining method.
