平硐深溜井技术在紫金山金矿的应用

摘要: 针对紫金山金矿储量大、品位低、溜井深、粉矿含量高、矿石处理量大的特点以及年降雨量达1 600 mm的影响,主要介绍了紫金山金矿露天采场8条深溜井设计、施工、堵塞处理技术等,在此基础上提出了溜井安全高效运行的技术措施,并对平硐溜井技术进行了经济分析与评价。平硐溜井技术在紫金山金矿的安全、高效应用,大大地降低了运输成本,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: In view of the features of large reserves,low grade, deep chute, high level of fine ore, and large capacity in Zijinshan Gold Mine, and together with the impact of 1600 mm annual rainfall, the design, construction, congestion handling technology for eight deep chutes are introduced in Zijinshan open pit gold mine. Based on this, the technical measures for safe and high efficient operation of the chute are proposed, and the economic analysis and evaluation on the adit chute technique are made. The application of the adit chute in safety and high efficiency in Zijinshan gold mine greatly reduce the transportation costs, with good economic and social benefits achieved.
